There was a massacre in Bucha, Ukraine while all agree on this fact, Russia and the United States are not in agreement about who performed the atrocities. In the United Nations yesterday the Russians presented what they called evidence of a set up by the Western nations, they claim that America led propaganda is being spread about the massacre in Bucha, Ukraine. Russia denies any involvement in any attacks on citizens while the United States claim they have evidence that Russia did commit the horrible execution of Ukrainian citizens. China also weighed in on the incident which was being debated in the United Nations.
Targeting civilians during combat is a war crime, Russia is not only denying that they took part in any fatalities of non-miliary personnel, but they are also claiming that the United States and Western Europe planned the incident once Russian troops announced they would be retreating from the Ukrainian city. Russia claims that once it was made official that they would be leaving Bucha, the wheels were set in motion by the United States to arrange a set up to pin war crimes on the Russian military. The Russian military has been conducting non-stop bombing on Ukrainian cities, Mariupol, a small port city has been flattened to the ground. The Russian now control almost all of Mariupol, the Ukrainians have no way to stop the Russian air attacks, it was with this backdrop that the Russians believe the Americans (with Western Europe) contrived a plan to stop Russia by create allegations of war crimes.
In a stunning United Nations session, Russia and the United States offered completely different views of the massacre in Bucha, Ukraine.
Video shows Russia claiming the scene was staged, the United States and China then give their views.

China speaks
Military powerhouse China weighted in on the Bucha event calling it tragic but cautioned about joining to conclusions. China has long been critical of the United States double standard in the United Nation, the Chinese see the Americans as quick to point the finger at other nations offenses while ignoring their own international crimes.
China is correct, we can condemn the Bucha massacre and not point fingers at Russia until we have definitive proof. Ukraine President Zelensky at the start of the war decided to let criminals with military experience back out on the street to attack Russians, he also armed them with military grade weapons. Ukraine is filled with armed civilians, the county is a powder keg of trouble, with many criminal non-military citizens fully armed. Ukraine has a fully armed right wing extremist nationalist division fighting against the Russian. 4 million people have fled the country not only from Russians but from lawless Ukrainians free on the streets. We simply do not know who mowed down almost 500 civilians in the Bucha massacre. In the defense of Russia, there is really no need for them to commit war crimes at this point when they had already been facing international condemnation over the Ukrainian invasion. It made no political or military sense for Russia (who is winning the war) to randomly target children and civilians. Russian president Vladimir Putin is too smart to order the targeting of civilians with the eyes of the world already looking shamefully at Russia for invading Ukraine. China is correct, The Bucha massacre needs to be fully investigated but to blame Russia without concrete evidence smells of media propaganda.
Complete and total nonsense. Independent and official media, independent and official investigators, and the photos, videos, and testimony of Ukranian civilians themselves all say and prove these marauding, evil, drunken, crazed Russian troops.
Russia's laughably false timeline about civilian deaths occurring after withdrawal has already been debunked by weeks of satellite, drone, and personal cell phone footage showing bodies piling up weeks ago in corroboration with accounts with Bucha residents.
The propaganda is from those still too gullible and stupidity to figure out that cruelty and nonstop lies are a party of everyday Russian culture.
